LGP completes Prezzo handover at St Stephen's Place Leisure Park, Trowbridge, as development enters final stages.

Legal & General Property (LGP) is pleased to announce that the construction of St Stephen’s Place Leisure Park in Trowbridge town centre is now entering into its final phase, having this week successfully handed the largest restaurant unit over to Prezzo.
In the next few weeks the hoardings shielding the site shall be removed to provide the people of Trowbridge with their first proper sighting of the new town centre development, including its creative design and layout. St Stephen’s Place Leisure Park remains on course for ODEON to open its doors on 25 October, coinciding with the Autumn half term.
With the shell stage of the restaurants almost complete, the 4,384 sq ft Prezzo unit was successfully handed over on Monday (7 October) and, following fit out, is due to open in mid November. The 3,020 sq ft Nando’s unit was also recently handed over for fit out and is due to launch in early November, while the 80-bed Premier Inn is reaching the final stages of fit out and will open a couple of weeks later.
The car parking and paving works are also substantially complete and landscaping is due to follow, whilst the main highways works have been finalised and the road has been re opened.

Bristol based construction company, Leadbitter Group, is the lead contractor for the development. Savills and Alder King act as joint letting agents for the scheme.
