If you would like to receive your shareholder information quickly and more securely, why not sign up to receive all your shareholder communications by email, instead of by post?
As well as making the administration of your holdings easy, our electronic services allow us to communicate with you efficiently and in an environmentally friendly way. Documents sent electronically cannot get lost in the post or be read by others. Communication by email also reduces paper wastage and company costs.
Examples of company information that can be sent to you electronically include the Annual Report and Notice of AGM.
If you would prefer to receive printed information through the post, there is nothing that you need to do unless you have in the past registered a preference for electronic communications.
How to sign up
If you would like us to communicate with you by email instead of by post, simply go to the Share Portal and select the Ecommunications option to register.
If you have already signed up to electronic communications and you have any questions on the service or would like to change your communication preference then please contact the Shareholder Services Team.
