Our Chairman’s community awards

Sir John Kingman, Chairman, hosts the ‘Community Awards’ each year, recognising the amazing achievements of our employees. There are a number of charity categories including fundraisers, charity ambassadors, inspiring the young people and community spirit.

We ask our employees to nominate their colleagues who volunteer their own time to raise funds, take on community projects or simply random acts of kindness. It’s amazing to discover what employees do in their spare time. Nominations have come directly from charities.

Through the years we have employees who take their own time to help in orphanages in third world counties, volunteer on charity call centers, blood bikers (delivering blood for the NHS), helping the homeless and many many more….

When the nomination process has closed, we invite over 30 employees to join the chairman and the rest of the group board for a celebratory lunch with an awards ceremony.

Voting is open to all employees and the public to choose their favorite story. Once all the votes are counted we announce the winner at the ceremony.

Voting is now closed.

If you would like to nominate an employee for an award you can email Nicky Mihalop.
