Progress in 2005: Equality and Diversity

Since 2001, a Joint Equal Pay Committee has met regularly to carry out an Equal Pay Audit. The audit is carried out in conjunction with Amicus, and all information and findings are shared with Amicus. In 2004, the Equal Pay audit was expanded to cover age as well as gender, and this has continued throughout 2005. The 2005 audit revealed no gender bias and no significant age bias.
