Progress since our 2007 Customer Experience Report


In our 2007 report, we highlighted a number of areas that we would be focusing on to help us to achieve our Customer Experience vision.

In this year’s report, in addition to our Commitment scores, we are publishing details of our scores in the areas we said we would be focusing on. This will show where we have made progress, and where we still have further work to do. We have also included some examples of the type of work we have been doing to improve customer experience.
