In our 2007 report, we highlighted the work that we are doing with our Product Development Model. One of the key elements of the model covers the use of customer research in product design. For our product rating, overall, we have seen a rise of three percentage points in our survey results since last year, but we still need to improve customer understanding of our products and investment returns.
