Yes. The more information you provide as part of your application, the easier it will be for our Resourcing team and the hiring Manager to assess your suitability for the position.
Yes you can. Just make sure you log in with the same username and password that you created when you applied first time around.
Unfortunately we can’t accept any applications for a job after the closing date has passed.
If you have been shortlisted we will email you to let you know. Unfortunately the shortlisting process varies from vacancy to vacancy so we are not able to give you a specific timeframe.
As long as you have fully completed and submitted your application prior to the close date, it will be reviewed in line with all the other applications we received.
Rest assured that every application is carefully reviewed and considered, but unfortunately we are not able to provide feedback as standard to all unsuccessful applications unless you reach the interview stage.
We ask all applicants to provide proof of eligibility to work in the UK e.g. passport or visa. If you do not have a passport we may ask to see your birth certificate. You will also need to provide a proof of address such as a recent utility bill or bank statement. Our referencing checks also include employment/personal references as well as academic checks. We may ask to see exam certificates if the qualification is a requirement of the job. We will also check your details against fraud prevention databases.
For some roles we may offer relocation assistance. Please ask your Resourcing team contact if this applies to the role you have applied for.
For more difficult to find skills we do have referral schemes such as Actuarial and Accounting. If the vacancy qualifies for a referral scheme this will be made clear in the vacancy advert. You’ll need to insert the referer’s work email address in your application when asked the question ‘where did you hear about this vacancy?’
Unfortunately we only offer work experience placements to family members of Legal & General employees.
We do not usually reimburse travelling expenses.
Under normal circumstances a minimum of 12 months from date of termination must have elapsed before we would re-employ.
The Home Office requires proof that we have been unable to find suitable UK residents for the role. If we are able to provide sufficient proof then we may sponsor applications for work permits\visas.
We are an equal opportunities employer and will ensure that every reasonable adjustment is made to enable candidates to attend interviews.
Unfortunately not, we only accept applications submitted via our website.
