• Legal & General Network
  Our network is one of the few large mortgage networks remaining in the industry. We set it up in 2004 when mortgage regulation came into effect. We did it with the intention of connecting people who needed a mortgage with lenders via our network of mortgage advisers. Our network provides a vast range of products, services, support and training to our mortgage adviser members. Plus, we offer a cost effective compliance service specifically for our appointed representatives.
• Mortgage Club
  We operate one of the biggest mortgage clubs in the UK. Our club is a one-stop-shop for mortgage advisers wanting to find mortgage products for their clients. A place where advisers can access almost all lenders in the UK market from one place. We’ve been very successful in bringing new lenders (including overseas lenders) and new products to market. With over 8,000 members, who are either directly authorised by the FSA or appointed representatives of our network, our Mortgage Club has the power to negotiate some of the best exclusive lender deals.
• Surveying
  Our surveying company sets the standard for the efficient distribution of lender valuations across the service industry, meeting all key lender partner quality metrics. They maintain their level of knowledge in an important part of the housing market, developing and delivering new initiatives along with adapting to any new government legislation to help our network firms.
• Estate agencies
  Our estate agency business has just over 80 branches across the country operating as local franchises under well-known brand names. We also have further estate agencies within our network who sell our protection products and carry out surveys.

We pride ourselves in helping customers secure funding to buy their home and protecting against unforeseen circumstances. Our role is to help financial advisers source the right mortgage, general insurance and protection products for their clients. We do that by maintaining strong links with mortgage lenders and providing a supporting structure for advisers to do business.
